D.H. Hill Programs - Overview
D.H. Hill offers the following Programs that can held at Charles Schwab and Fidelity:
D.H. Hill Connect Program is an Advisor-Driven program available to D.H. Hill advisors that meet certain qualification requirements that include a review of advisors experience, disclosures and AUM. The Connect Program includes access to D.H. Hill Investment Committee for portfolio construction assistance of client accounts/ models, at least quarterly account/model Fact Sheets, and ongoing Portfolio Management. D.H. Hill annual administration fee is 25 basis points (0.25%) and advisor fee is paid-out at grid.
D.H. Hill Direct Program is a professionally managed program by the D.H. Hill Investment Committee that uses “rules-based” factors to construct and manage models that are in-line with a clients stated risk profile:
D.H. Hill Direct CORE - Five risk-profile models that allocate clients funds into primary asset classes using low-cost ETFs. The CORE models remain fully invested, less 2% required targeted cash holding, and are adapted based on current market risk-factors. Client accounts less than $10,000 are automatically allocated to the CORE models.
D.H. Hill Direct COREPLUS - Five risk-profile models that allocate clients funds into primary and sub-asset classes using low-cost ETFs and proven, disciplined money managers through mutual funds. The COREPLUS models are adapted based on current market risk-factors and apply a proprietary risk-overlay that can indicate a defensive posture that could include increasing cash in addition to 2% required targeted cash holding.
The D.H. Hill Investment Committee provides investment due-diligence and selection, asset allocation, portfolio construction of models, ongoing portfolio management, and at least quarterly model Fact Sheets. D.H. Hill annual management fee is 65 basis points (0.65%) and advisor fee is paid-out at 100%.
D.H. Hill Select Program is a TAMP program that the D.H. Hill Investment Committee applies “rules-based” factors to construct customized, investment solutions, for qualified clients, that are in-line with clients stated risk profile and objectives. Clients funds are allocated into primary, sub and specialty asset classes using individual stocks and bonds, ETFs, and proven, disciplined money managers through mutual funds and separately managed accounts. D.H. Hill annual oversight fee is 35 basis points (0.35%) and advisor fee is paid-out at 100%. Additional TAMP fees will apply.
