Business Continuity Plan

D.H. Hill understands the importance of ensuring continued access to client investments in the event of a disaster disrupting D.H. Hill operations. To plan for this event, D.H. Hill has developed a Business Continuity Plan that describes how we will respond.

In the event of a disaster disrupting D.H. Hill operations, our team has a continuation plan in place enabling us to conduct business which at times may include relocating personnel to alternative locations. Our Brokerage and Advisory business is operated by Custodians and Clearing Firms located in different regions of the country.

In the event of a significant business disruption, clients should directly contact their D.H. Hill representative. Clients may also contact our home office at 800-275-6603.

While we have a Business Continuity Plan in place, we cannot guarantee that we are able to recover as quickly as outlined above since the timing and impact of disasters are unpredictable. Our recovery may also be negatively impacted by the unavailability of third parties and/or other circumstances beyond our control.
